I absolutely love the ES series but my stupid PS3 version is so broken I finally Craigslisted it on Saturday. Massive lag after 30 min of playing and as I desperately tried to just finish the main story, something glitched with I went to meet Alden (sp) for the final showdown.

I am a die hard Bethesda fan but for some unlucky reason, I am one of those suffering from the "ps3 lag" issues. I have downloaded both patches and am about 75 hours into the game. My save file is 13mb. I can play for about 30 minutes and as soon as more than 2 characters are on screen my framerate drops so low it's unplayable.

At 85 hours in? No way. I love bethesda and their games but not that much. My save hit 13mb last night and i get about 20 min of play time before frame rate drops to, oh, about 2 fps
Very good point. I envision a game with infected but not making the whole game sprinting from point a to b. I see a little action but more depth in suvival and hiding in the shadows with some puzzle action perhaps.
Well, that means using Valve time it will hit shelfs next November.
This is one glitch i will not use. Why level everythinng up just to fight enemies just as tough for the whole game? I like slowly earning my ranks. Now infinite gold on the other hand.....
Sounds like we have same character builds. I use my bow quite a bit. In cqc it is awesome for sneak sniping lower level foes and at least taking a chunk off the higher ones.

I paid 15 bucks for 3 months and got Wipeout HD, a ton of mini games and some themes and wallpapers. My kid loves the mini games and keeps ehr and her friends entertained for hours. That right there just paid for itself. Oh, and being able to play a game for an HOUR rather than just getting a 5 minute demo? Come on!
Personal feelings aside, this is going to be one seriously awesome heavy weight fight! Both had to have custom gloves made for their lunchbox size hands!

Agreed. As I do enjoy reading people's opinions about the game, nothing lets me truly see what I would be purchasing like actual game play footage.
This is the one feature of PS+ I really think they won with. Download the game and play for an hour.
I can read all day long but until I feel the game mechanics at work and see the art direction in play I just don't really know what I am getting.
